Appointments and fees
Book your appointment with customer service after your order; the team will be at your address within 3 business days. Setup of one device is free with computer purchases of ₺10,000 or more; otherwise the fee depends on the number of devices and is shared before the visit.
We back up your data during setup and hand the backup over when we finish; your personal data is not kept anywhere other than your device.
