Shipping within Turkey costs ₺59.90. Orders of ₺1,500 or more ship free.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Credit card payments can be split into up to 12 instalments.

No. There is no shipping charge for size exchanges on clothing and footwear.
For hygiene reasons, opened in-ear headphones, underwear and personalised products cannot be returned. Faulty items are exempt from this rule.
All electronics carry at least a 2-year manufacturer or distributor warranty. The warranty certificate and invoice are in your order details.
If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to file a report. Create a return request with photos as soon as you notice the damage; we will replace the item free of charge.

We offer free assembly for large furniture in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. In other cities, items ship with an assembly guide.
