At Klavyus Yazılım A.Ş. ("Klavyus") we care about the security of your personal data. This notice explains, in our capacity as data controller, how we process your data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Data we process
- Identity: name, surname, national ID number (for individual invoices)
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address
- Customer transactions: order, return and payment information (excluding card details)
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and session information
- Marketing: shopping preferences, if you give explicit consent
Purposes
Your personal data is processed to take your orders, carry out payment and delivery, issue invoices, handle returns and warranty claims, provide customer service, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send campaign notifications.
Transfers
Your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with carriers, payment institutions and banks, IT service providers and authorised public bodies.
Collection method and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically via our website, customer service and e-mail, on the legal bases of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation. Send your requests to info@klavyus.com; they are concluded within 30 days.
