5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery to the Buyer or a person they designate, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice can be given by creating a return request under My Account › My Orders, or in writing to the Seller's contact details above. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice; the Seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the notice, using a method suited to the original payment.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

- Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Software and digital content unsealed after delivery
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to the Seller's contact details above. Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction.
