Leads the company strategy with 18 years in retail and e-commerce.
Elif Kaya began her retail career in 2008 as an assistant store manager and was part of the team that opened our first store. She led the launch of the online store in 2014 and has been General Manager since 2019.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University. She grounds her decisions in store visits and customer reviews, and spends at least one day a month working with the sales team in store.
