Returns and Exchanges Step by Step
The steps to follow to return an order or exchange a size.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
1. Create a request
Go to My Account > My Orders, select the order, and choose the items and the reason for return.
2. Send the item
Using the details in the confirmation e-mail, hand the item in its original packaging with the invoice to our partner carrier.
3. Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and is checked, your payment is refunded to your card or the IBAN you provided. Card refunds may take 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
For exchanges, the new item ships on the day the returned item reaches our warehouse.
